Broccoli Cranberry Slaw

One 12-oz. bag (4 cups) dry broccoli cole slaw1 large Fuji apple, cored and chopped 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries1 tbsp blueberry jam (homemade)1 tbsp. light yogurt plain (or light sour cream) 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegarDash salt, or more to taste Dash black pepper, or more to taste
In a large bowl, combine slaw, apple & dried cranberries. Toss to mix and set aside.
For the dressing: combine blueberry jam, yogurt and cider vinegar. Stir until smooth. Add to the slaw. Mix thoroughly.
Add dressing to the large bowl and mix Chill for 30min for better result. If you like, season to taste with additional salt and pepper. Enjoy!
