Caldo Verde (Soup)

Ingredients
8 cups of Chopped kale20 cups of water12 medium potatos peeled3 medium onions6 oz Portuguese Chorico sliced (its smoked)4 TBSP olive oilsalt to taste
Directions
boil water, add potatos, onions and salt.

Once cooled puree potatoes and onions, lower heat, add kale. Cook for another 20 mins until kale changes colour to a darker green and add chorico and olive oil.
