Sweet and Spicy Turkey Sausage Cabbage Soup

2- Spicy Italian Sausage Links2- Sweet Italian Sausage Links1- Large Head Cabbage1/2c- Purple Onion1/2c- Onion3/4c- Sun Dried Tomarto1/2c- Minced Garlic1- tso pepper6c- Low Sodium Oraganic 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth (check the sodium content, and cut the with water if necessary.)
Cook Turkey Sausage for about 5 min- when turkey sarage appears cooked on the outside, cut into bite size circles, and continue to cook for 3-5min.
While Turkey sausage is cooking, chop all vegies.
In large soup pot sautee onion, tomato and garic for about 5min, then add cabbage.
Add Turkey sausage and stir well. Cover with Chicken Broth bring to boil, then let simmer for 5-10min. Top with Addditional water if necessary.
Serving Size: Makes 6- 1c Servings
