Mix together:1 C. Butter8 oz Cream Cheese2 C. FlourRoll out, cut and line muffin tinsMix together:1 lb Sausage, browned2 C. Cheese3 T. Onion, chopped2 C. Spinach, chopped1 1/2 C. Mushrooms, chopped4 C. HashbrownsAdd to above:5 Eggs, beaten2 C. Milkdash of CayennePour above over sausage mixture, then scoop into muffin tins.

Cook at 375 for 30min
