Saucy Italian Slow-Cooker Chicken

Ingredients
6 6-7oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms1C. low fat spaghetti sauce (like Blue Parrot)1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup (condensed)1/2C. fat free sour creamGarlic powderItalian seasoning
Directions
Place 1/2 of the mushrooms in the bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle chicken breasts with the garlic powder and Italian seasoning and place in the slow cooker. Top the chicken with the remaining mushrooms. Combine the spaghetti sauce and mushroom soup and pour over the chicken in the slow cooker. Cook on low setting for 5-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from the slow cooker, turn off heat and add the sour cream to the sauce in the slow cooker. Serve sauce over chicken breasts.

    I changed it up a little, changing the sauce to Prego Veggie Smart, and nixed the mushrooms. It was amazing!! Kids loved it, and we served it over Reduced Fat Grands Biscuits - 10/18/11
