Beef Vegetable Stew over Brown Rice

Ingredients
1lb diced beef roast3tbs Worcestershire sauce2tbs garlic powder2tbs onion powder1/2 c flour2c water1bag frozen soup vegetables6 servings of quick cooking brown rice
Directions
place first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl and let stand in refrigerator for 1-3 hours. Then place in crock pot w/water and vegetables. Cook on low for 8 1/2 - 9 hours.
Before serving, cook rice as directed. Serve over rice.
