Weight Loss Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
-6 large onions-2 green peppers-1 can tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano)-3 carrots-8 oz mushrooms-1 bunch celery-cabbage -1 package Lipton soup mix-1 or 2 bouillon cubes (beef or chicken) optional-1 48 oz 48 juice-salt & pepper to taste-8 cups water
Directions
Recipe makes 25 1 cup servings

chop all vegetables into desired size
mix all veggies in large pot over medium heat
add water, V8 juice, soup mix, & bouillon cubes
mix well, salt and pepper to taste
reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours
