Chicken - extra lean ground -4 patties about 4 oz each*Whole Wheat Flour, .25 cup *Red Onion, Fresh, 0.25 cup Red Wine, 1 fl oz Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice, 2 cups
cook patties in pan untildone, remove from pan and place on plate on the side, add red wine and scrap all drippings from pan, in cup add flour and just enough water to mix well to get all bumps out, add to pan and add about 2 cups of water stir until gravy has the right consistancy, add patties back to pan, add onions until throughly heated, season to taste, add more water if to thick, serve on brown rice
