* Egg, fresh, 1 large **Kaizen 100% Whey Isolate Protein Powder with Decadent Chocolate, 41 gram(s) ***Banana, fresh, .5 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), .5 tbsp * use two egg whites instead of one egg** Substitute chocolate for vanilla protein powder *** use 1/3 c apple sauce insteadadd cinnamon if desired
mix or blend ingredients then pour into a frying pan (sprayed with no stick spray) and cook! cook until it's not gooey anymore then eat up!
