1/2 cup brown rice, uncooked1 garlic clove, minced1 tsp smoked paprika1/4 tsp ground cumin1 1/2 tsp olive oil3/4-1 cup canned tomatoes with chiles1/4-1/2 cup water
1. In small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add paprika, cumin, and garlic. Stir - cook 1 minute. Add rice, stir until well combined. Cook until slightly browned, 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and water. Stir.
2. Cover. Cook 25-30 minutes, until slight holes begin to form and excess liquid isn't noticeable.
