Local vegetable side dish

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1.25 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove crushedJerusalem artichoke, 150 gram(s) cut into matchsticksTurnips, 1 small cut into matchsticksLeeks, 1.5 cup chopped into small pieces*Margarine, soft, 2 tsp Paprika, 0.25 tsp Poultry seasoning, 0.25 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Melt butter in frying pan. Add leek and garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add artichokes and turnips and cook for another 10 minutes, covered. Stir occasionally to stop the vegetables sticking. Add cabbage, mix through and cover the pan. Cook for another ten minutes, stirring occasionally. Add about 1 tsp of water at the end to deglaze the pan, then add the salt, pepper, paprika and poultry seasoning and stir through. Makes two 2c servings of vegetables.
