Ground beef, lean, 16 ozOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp*worchester sauce, 4 tspCanned Tomatoes, 1 canWhite Rice, long grain, 2 cupWater, tap, 3 cup
Brown Ground beef in skillet and drain.
Sautee Onions, Spices and Bell Pepper over medium heat.
Add browned meat, Tomatoes, Rice and water and bring to a boil.
add Worchestershire sauce to taste.
reduce heat and simmer covered until rice is cooked 20-30 Minutes.
