Sweet Zulu Sauce (for beef/chicken/veggies/fish)

Ingredients
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce1 cup Lite Soy Sauce1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar1 cup Dark Brown Sugar½ cup Sherry Cooking Wine2 – whole Bay Leaf1 Tablespoon ground black pepper2 Tablespoon fresh ginger root2 Tablespoon fresh garlicCornstarch as needed to thicken.
Directions
Combine all ingredients together and cook over a low heat until bubbling and warm. Remove bay leaves.

Combine cornstarch with cold water and slowly add to mixture to thicken as needed.
