Chickpea Burgers with Feta Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
2 ounces Feta Cheese1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt1/4 cup Bular1/2 Cup boiling water1 15.5 oz can Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)1/2 pound Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast1/3 cup roughly chopped MintSalt and Pepper to taste4 Orowheat Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins1 small Cucumber thinly slices1 Medium Tomato slicedNon stick cooking spray
Directions
In a small bowl, mash Feta with back of fork until smooth. Add Yougurt, mix well. Set aside. In small heatproof bowl, boil 1/2 cup of water, add Bulgar, cover with plastic wrap, let stand 10 minutes.
In food processor, pulse Chickpeas until coarsely chopped. Transfer to mixing bowl, add Turkey, chopped Mint. Drain Bulgar and add to Turkey~Chickpea mixture, add salt and pepper as desired.With hands, mix together until evenly combined and mixture holds together. Divide into four equal pieces, flatten into 1 inch think patties. Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned and cooked through, approx 8-10 minutes, flipping half way through. Serve on buns with slices cucumbers, tomatoes and feta~yogurt sauce.
