Sesame Chicken

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup honey1/2 cup lite soy sauce1 cup water2 TBS corn starch1 tsp ground ginger ( fresh is better)1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1. Cut chicken breast into 1 inch cubes or bite sized pieces
2. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat - spray with non-stick cooking spray
3. Cook chicken until no longer pink
4. Mix together honey, soy sauce, corn starch, ginger & pepper. Whisk until corn starch is no longer lumpy
5. Pour over chicken
6. Cook until sauce begins to thicken
7. Add more water if sauce is too thick
8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
9. Add 1 tsp sesame oil and cover and simmer on low for 10-15 minutes or until chicken begins to absorb sauce.
Serving Size: makes 6-8 servings
