Beefy Sour Cream And Cheese Enchilada

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 ozOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped*Daisy Light Sour Cream, 8 tbspOrtega Enchilada Sauce, 1 packageFlour Tortillas, 10 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded (split into 2)
Directions
Cook the hamburger and onions. Add in half the cheese and the sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat up enchilada sauce, dip each tortilla in the sauce. Add 1/4 cup of meat mixture to each tortilla, wrap and place in 13x9 baking dish. Repeat for the other 9 tortillas. Top with remaining enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.
