Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces , cubed*Red Bell Pepper, 1 medium , slicedGreen Pepper, 1 medium, sliced*2 small yukon gold potatoes, cubedZucchini, 2 medium, slicedParmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup *Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, 3 oz
Directions
Toss all ingredients together, season to taste (I use Tony chachere's, garlic powder, and paprika) and bake in a Pam-ed 9x13 pan at 450 for 20 or so minutes until the chicken and potatoes are both done.
