Ingredients
6 oz Light Yogurt1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats, cooked2 packets of sweetener1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 cup Strawberries Halves,Light Whipping Cream
Directions
Cook oats according to package direction, add sweetener, cinnamon & nutmeg. Refrigerate oats until completely cooled (1.5 hours). then assemble parfait ~ oats, yogurt, berries, oats, yogurt,berries, Top with whipped cream and eat.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large 2 cup serving or share it with a friend.
