Salsa Chicken Bake

2 Chicken Breast boneless/skinless2 Potatoes1 cup or 16 tbsp of salsa1 and 1/5 cups of colby cheese1 cup of broccoli flourettes1 tbsp of margerinesalt/pepper to taste
First off get started by putting the potatoes in the microwave for 10 minutes. Make sure to pierce them a few times on each side before. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Grill chicken in the margerine until cooked all the was through. Salt and Pepper when desired. Cube the chicken and add to a small to a medium sized (sparyed with cooking spray) cooking dish. Add Broccoli. Dice the potaotoes when done and add to the dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake.
