Ingredients
Ingredients: 3/4c Tofu1/2 c Frozen Spinach1T Nutritional YeastGarlic, 1 tsp (remove)1t Soy Sauce1t Olive Oil2T Soy Milk
Directions
Heat olive oil over medium heat. Crumble tofu, and add other ingredients. Cook 5-10 minutes, or until tofu is slightly golden brown. Enjoy!

    I'm guessing the "yeastgarlic" is a typo...it's 1 T nutritional yeast and 1 tsp garlic.

    Nutritional yeast can be found at healthfood stores and online...make sure you don't get brewers yeast, that's something completely different. Nutritional yeast gives a cheezy kind of flavor. - 1/28/13
