No Salt Added Sausage Patties

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb ground pork1 t. garlic powder1 t. fennel seed1/8 t. cayenne pepper1/2 t. black pepper1/2 t. olive oil1/4 t. liquid smoke1 egg1/2 t. coriander powder
Combine all ingredients in mixer or using your hands
to blend thoroughly. Shape into small patties about 1.5 inches across. Recipe is calculated for 27, which is how many my batch made.
Cook in a large skillet over medium high heat until cooked through. I didn't add any oil, but you could if you like.
I freeze these to use for quick breakfasts.
