Dutch Oatmeal

Ingredients
1.5 cup, dry, Quick Oats Cereal2 cups, peel and dice Apples, fresh1 cup (not packed)Raisins2 tbsp Honey 1 dash Salt3 tsp Cinnamon, ground,3.5 cups Water
Directions
Peal and dice apples. Put water, apples, raisins, cinnamon, salt and honey in 3 quart sauce pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium, cook 10 min., till apples are fork tender. Add oats, bring back to boil and cook 1 minute. Makes 8 1/2 Cup servings. Refridgerate left overs and warm in micro wave about 1 minute for each serving.
