3 slices bacon, cut up1 medium head of cabbage, chopped2 large onions, sliced1 can white beans, drained and rinsed1 medium potato, cubed2 cups chicken stock
Cook bacon in oven proof pan with lid. Add onions, beans, cabbage and chicken stock.
Put in oven. Bake at 350 degrees with lid on for about 1 hour or until cabbage is tender and potato is soft.
