Health(ier) Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
*4 ounces whole wheat fettuccine*1/2 tbsp flour*1/4 cup skim milk*1/2 tsp garlic powder*pinch of salt and pepper, to taste*2 wedges of laughing cow cheese*1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese*1/2 package of prewashed and cut broccoli and carrots*1 chicken breast, cubed
Directions
In a sautee pan, sautee the broccoli, carrots, and chicken until cooked. Set aside.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until noodles are tender. Drain well.

Meanwhile, in a medium sized saucepan, combine the flour, milk, garlic, saslt, and pepper together over high heat. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat down to medium-high.

Add the Laughing Cow wedges and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and are well combined into the sauce, then take off the heat.

Taste sauce for seasoning, add more if desired.

Add pasta, chicken, and veggies to pot with sauce. Stir well.
