Mama Pea's Bliss Salad (modified)

Ingredients
1 cabbage, shredded1 bell pepper, match stick slicedleek, sliced thinabout 10 baby carrots, match stick sliced1/4 c salted roasted peanuts1 garlic clove2 Tbsp ginger root2 Tbsp sesame oil2 Tbsp rice vinegar4 Tbsp lite soy sauce1 Tbsp honey1/4 c water
Directions
Mix first five ingredients together. Then mix dressing together. Pour dressing over individual servings and top with peanuts.

Mama Pea uses 2 green onions instead of the leek.
