.25 cup 2% Mozzarella Cheezea few dashes Franks Lousianna Hot Sauce
Sprinkle cheeze to nearly fill the bottom of an 8" skillet.
Heat until just bubbling and continue until the bottom is golden. Tease the edges to loosen. Sprinkle with Franks Hot sauce to taste. Flip and grill a few more seconds to get past gooey. Scoop up and cool a few seconds hanging over the handle of a spatula or convenient tool. Cooling it in an arch will keep it from cracking when you fill it.
