Ingredients
I use mixed berries and sometimes add in some apple or mango. Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz) Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 4 oz Raspberries, .25 cup EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder, 4 tbspBanana, fresh, .5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
Directions
Put all in blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
