Ingredients
2T Bell Plantation Pb2 (powdered peanut butter - can skip and sub in real peanut butter instead, but this will add to calories/fat content)1T unsweetened Hershey's special dark cocoa powder1T (1/4 scoop) Body Fortress Whey Protein1 teaspoon walnut butter (I like it for healthy fats - you can use peanut butter instead, or skip to save calories/fat)2 T sugar free pancake syrup
Directions
Put all ingredients into small microwaveable dish (I use a little ramekin). Mix together until smooth, then microwave for 20-30 seconds or until desired consistency. I like mine to be very gooey (almost a hot chocolate pudding texture), but you can reduce the amount of syrup and nuke longer if you like yours more cake-like in texture.

If you're one who likes brownie batter more than the brownies or most chocolately dessert on the menu and eats it all.. and you now find yourself on a diet (weight loss or for building muscles).. THIS will satisfy your craving. It's dark-like a 85% bar. I might add some stevia to make it 75%. Yum! - 3/13/12
