Ingredients
4 pork chops (3 oz each)1 tsp seasoned salt1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp dried sage1 Tbsp paprika1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Combine seasonings: mix well. Coat Chops with seasoning mixture. Grill Directly over med-high heat 4-5 minutes per side, turning once.

    Calories by ingredient are for 1/4 serving; would need to put in as 4 servings to record numbers for a 3 oz chop in the tracker. Very tasty though! Use Mrs Dash Chipotle instead of seasoned salt and cumin instead of sage for more spice, lower sodium. - 3/3/10
