Gluten Free Crab Cakes & tarter sauce

1 lg egg1 t. turmeric2.5 T Miracle Whip Lt.1.5 t Dijon Mustard1 t. Worcestershire Sauce1.5 t Old Bay.25 t sea salt1 stalk celery diced1 lb or 3 cans of crab meat2/3 c rice flour or Pamela's gluten free pancake and baking mixpinch of dill weed
Add minced parsley, Miracle whip, mustard, egg, worchestershire, diced celery, and seasonings. Mix then add crab and rice flour ( substitute Pamela's baking mix). Fold lightly and turn onto nonstick surface such over medium heat, cover and cook. Flip after bottom is lightly brown. I use a George Forman grill and it cooks both sides at once. Serve with tarter sauce.
Tarter Sauce:
Mix Miracle Whip lt., dijon, minced onion, relish, lemon juice, and relish...I use home canned zucchini relish.
