Slow Cooker Chicken & Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 chicken breastslow-fat cream of celery souplow-fat cream of mushroom soup1.5 cups sliced fresh mushroomslime juicepepperpaprika1/4 cup (or less) cider or red wine vinegar2 tbsp vanilla1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Season with spices. Add mushrooms, two cans of soup. Add vinegar & vanilla (a substitution for sherry), and finally sprinkle the cheese over top. Cook on low for approx. seven hours.
