BBQ Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients
1# Red Potatoes sliced thin1# Carrots Sliced1 Cup BBQ SauceGarlic Pepper to Taste
Directions
Put a little BBQ sauce in the bottom of a Microwave safe dish.
Layer sliced potatoes and sliced carrots.
Cover with remaining BBQ sauce.
Cook on high for 10 minutes.
Dump the potatoes and carrots in a skillet and finish cooking on the stovetop to desired doneness.
