Steel cut oats with apples,raisins and brown sugar

Ingredients
4 c water2 tablespoons salted buter1 c dry steel cut oats1 small apple diced1 tablespoon golden raisins1 tablespoon raisins1 tablespoon dried cranberries1/3 c Fat free half and half
Directions
Melt butter in small skillet add dry oats and toast. Place oats and water in rice cooker and let cook. When finished add chopped apple and dried fruit, Let sit on warm for 10 minutes and add cream
