Ingredients
1 Cup Green Pepper, cut large pieces1 Cup Red Pepper, cut large pieces1 Cup Yellow Pepper, cut large pieces8 to 10 Fresh Mushrooms cut in 4 pieces1 Cup Red onion, cut large pieces1 Cup Celery, cut in bite size pieces8 to 10 TBSP Fat Free Kraft Italian Dressing1 tsp Oregeno1 TBSP dried Parsley
Directions
Toss all ingredients together and leave for 10 minutes or so. Bake for 10 Minutes or until desired tenderness at 350 degrees
