"Vanilla Custard" Oats

Ingredients
1/4 cup rolled oats1/4 cup liquid egg whites1/4 cup + 2 tbsp (6 tbsp total) unsweetened almond milk2 tbsp Jay Robb vanilla whey protein powder (or a little less than 1/2 a serving of another vanilla protein powder)dash of cinnamon (or to taste)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large microwavable bowl, and microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes (be careful it doesn't overflow!!). Stop, stir, and microwave another 1 1/2 minutes, or until cooked through. ENJOY your delicious, filling meal! :)
