Oven Fried Fish

Ingredients
1/2c Margarine butter blend 2lb Tilapia filet 1 Egg, beaten 1c NABISCO Ritz Crackers 1tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions
Melt butter in baking dish. Dip fillets in egg, then in mixture of cracker crumbs, salt (or seasoning salt) and pepper. Put each fillet in baking dish, turning once to coat with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
