2.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 cup white wine.5 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into small pieces1 small onion, chopped2 tbsp minced garlic2 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp hot pepper sauce1 tsp saltpaprika, for garnish
Place all ingredients, except rice, in slow cooker. cover; cook on low 8 hours or on high 6 hours. Serve chicken and sauce over rice (not included in calculations). Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
