Peachy-Lemon Mandarin Orange Chiffon Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 Betty Crocker - Lemon Cake Mix4 eggs1 - 1 1/2 cup of Mandarin Oranges (per taste)1 cup juice from Mandarin Oranges (fill up with water if not full cup)1/2 cup hot water1/2 package peach gelatinLemon Glaze 4 tbsp Butter Cream Frosting1/2 cup Powdered Sugar (add more if too lemony or consistency is off) 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350

In a bowl, mix together:
Lemon Cake mix, eggs, oranges, and juice. (break up the oranges w/ beater)

Heat water and put 1/2 Peach jello pkg in coffee cup and pour 1/2 cup water... mix very well. Add this to Cake mix

Pour into sprayed Cupcake pans

Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes depending on oven.

Glaze :

Add butter Cream frosting, powdered sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl... consistency should be thinner than frosting but not too watery. Add additional powdered sugar if too thin or too lemony.

Glaze semi-cooled cupcakes so the glaze soaks into the cupcake.
