Ingredients
.5 c whole wheat flour.5 c oatbran2T ground flax2t baking powder.5t cinnamon.25t nutmeg1T splenda brown sugar blend.75c nonfat milk4T liquid egg whites1T olive oil.5c water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients & wet ingredients separately. Add together until dry is incorporated into the wet. Warm up a frying pan on medium heat & spray with Pam. Serve with berries of your choice & yogurt or maple syrup - Yum!
