whole grain honey oat bread

Ingredients
1 cup quaker old fashioned oats1/2 cup hodgson Mill multigrain or oatbran cereal(hot kind)1 1/2 cups very warm water1/4 cup honey2 Tablespoons of softened butter1 1/2 T quick rise yeast (2 packs)1/2 T sea salt2-3 cups bread flour
Directions
Pour water over cereal and let set for a few minutes, add honey, butter and salt. Mix in 1 cup flour. Add yeast. Add remaining flour til dough is workable. (I made mine in my kitchen aid. Let machine knead for 4 minutes on setting 2 with dough hook, or do it manually.
Put in pan sprayed with Pam and let rise for 25 minutes or until rises over edge of pan, covered with towel and in a warm moist place. I fill a pan with hot water and place a rack over it and tent the bread. Set oven to 350. while preheating I lightly warmed a bit of honey and brushed it on top and sprinkled a bit of raw oats on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
