Mini meatloaf

Ingredients
1 pound of extra lean ground beef (I use 95% lean)1/4 cup plain bread crumbs1/4 cup of ketchup1/4 Fat free, reduced sodium beef broth2 tsp of dried oregeno2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce1/4 cup of diced onions
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray
Mix all the ingrients in a bowl. Make 8 muffins
Bake for 30 minutes
