1/4 cup 2% milk1/4 cup non fat vanilla yogurt1/2 scoop Jillian Michaels Whey Protein Vanilla Cream Powder1 tsp vanilla1 tsp Soda Stream Orange syrup (not mixed yet)1 cup crushed ice
Directions
Mix milk, vanilla, Soda Stream Orange syrup and Jillian Protein powder in blender. Add yogurt and ice. Mix for 1 minute. Ready to drink!
