Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter2 tbsp flour1 1/2 cups skim milk1 cup shredded old white cheddar3 tbsp shredded parmesan
Directions
Heat butter in small saucepan. Add flour. Stir until bubbling. Add milk slowly while whisking.

Heat and stir until thickened. Add cheeses. Heat and stir until melted and combined.

Serving Size: Makes 4 to 6 servings (NI for 4)
