Ingredients
15 oz. sirloin, fat trimmed, chopped 1/2 c. onion, chopped4 oz. diced green chilies1 c. chopped tomatoes6 oz. cheddar, shredded11 flour tortillas (8 inch)salsa2 tsp garlic1 tbsp black pepper2 tsp salt8 tbsp (1/2 c.) Daisy light sour cream
Directions
saute the sirloin, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a pan with cooking spray on medium low heat. When sirloin is cooked, add green chilies and tomato. Simmer for 30 minutes. Spoon sour cream in each tortilla, add sirloin mixture, add a teaspoon of salsa, and sprinkle with some cheese. Repeat for the 11 tortillas. Cook in the oven at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Makes 11 1 burrito servings
