Roasted Brussels Sprouts with grapes and cauliflower

Ingredients
2 cups Brussels sprouts2 cups cauliflower4 oz walnuts (or any other nut)1 cup of seedless whole grapes2-4 oz parmesan grated4 oz panko or other bread crumbs4 tbs olive oil. heat oven to 375.Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Lay on a baking sheet or large casserole in a single layer. Foil or parchment makes for a quick clean up. Roast until they are really browned and crunchy. Stir a few times, Should take around 40 minutes.
