Avocado and Roasted Pepper Dip

Ingredients
1 ripe avocado2 red bell peppers1/2 lemonsalt, pepper, cayenne pepper1 garlic clove1/2 tomato
Directions
Preheat oven to 450

On a baking sheet, bake peppers for 20 minutes, flipping half way through cook time.

Prepare dip by placing avocado, 1 roasted pepper, juice from lemon, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, and garlic clove in food processor. Process until smooth. Dice the tomato and remaining pepper. Stir into mixture.
