One minute cinnamon muffins

Ingredients
1/4 cup flax meal (4 Tbsp)1 large fresh egg1 tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp coconut oil1 packet of sweetleaf stevia1/2 packet ideal sweetener
Directions
slightly melt coconut oil in coffee cup
mix all ingredients together. Microwave for 50 - 60 seconds. Let cool, slice, toast and top with butter or cream cheese or eat as a muffin.
