Quinoa Burgers

Ingredients
2 rounded cups cooked quinoa (1 C dry= 2 C cooked)3/4 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese (or other variety, if you prefer)1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt1 box frozen chopped broccoli (10oz), thawed3 eggs3 tablespoons all purpose flour2 green onions, including white parts1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon garlic powderOlive oil for frying (not calculated in nutrition info)
Directions
Scoop mixture about the size of a baseball, flatten to about 1/2" and shape in a burger shape. Brush griddle with EVOO or spray with cooking spray. Cook until lightly golden and heated through.
