Alisa's Killer Lasagna Rolls

lasagna noodles (1/2 box)1 15-oz. container ricotta cheese1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated1 1/2 c. mozarella cheese (divided)1 egg1 tsp. garlic, minced1 T. italian seasoning1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 jar pasta sauce
Preheat oven to 400 F.
1. Prepare lasagna, according to package.
2. Mix together ricotta, parmesan, 1 c. mozarella, egg, garlic, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. In the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish, spread a small amount of pasta sauce (just enough to cover the whole bottom).
4. Spread a layer of cheese mixture on each lasagna strip. Roll and place seam side down in baking dish.
5. Bake 20 minutes at 400 F. Top with remaining mozarella and bake another 15 minutes, until sauce is bubbly.
Serving Size: Makes 10 rolls (serving size is 2 rolls)
