Alisa's Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
1.5 lb. ground beef, lean1 onion, small1/4 c. italian seasoning4 cloves garlic, finely chopped3/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated2 eggs3/4 c. bread crumbs (or oatmeal)1/8 c. milk, skim1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Roll into small (1.5"-2" diameter) balls and place on cookie sheet.
4. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 F, until lightly browned and cooked through.

Serving Size: Makes 8 to 10 servings
